Lincolnshire Poet Jane Air to lose sunlight from her home #EastLindseyDistrictCouncilplanning #Louthcanal

I got an email today from Andy Booth telling me that the height of the mews houses including the eves will be 9.32 meters. My own home is substantially much smaller in height than this.

From the wall of the mews houses to my back wall it will be 16.74 meters - so well below the recommended 20 meters.

I receive sunlight to the back of my home, ie, my kitchen and home office, around mid to late afternoon and then the sunset through the evening. I have lived in this home for 15-16 years. I have had uninterrupted light to the my home for all of these days.

I am investigating my #righttolight which is an ancient English law.

Hedgehog pleads with East Lindsey District Planning Department

Nearly every day a giant concrete mixer arrives to concretize more and more of the Louth canal. So many of the local residents that I have spoken to feel betrayed by the East Lindsey District Council Planning department for allowing the destruction of wildlife habitat in favour of concretization and luxury homes.

Louth canal corridor wildlife, wildlife habitat about to be destroyed...

8th April heard 2 men taking down an old greenhouse in my neighbour's garden.
Sending photos of this 'paradise for birds' to East Lindsey District coucil to see if they will reconsider their decision. I have fought this case behind the scenes and online and am still fighting it.
I feel sorry for the wildlife.

Am asking East District Lindsey Council planning to reconsider their approval for a development close to Louth Town Lock

Photos taken by myself on 2nd April 2018. There were amber flood alerts for this area. I am asking the East Lindsey District Council to reconsider their approval for 9 houses, 21 car drives and a new road close to Louth Town Lock in view of this recent flooding.

Justice for wildlife that is in danger from development approved by East Lindsey District Council Planning

No bat survey was carried out as promised.
New TOADS poster coming soon.
I am dreading the clearance of this wilderness scrubland and mature english trees including oak and holly and birch. It is the sound of birdsong on my doorstep that keeps me sane.
