Shaggy ink cap mushroom bookmark from Jane Air

Drawn on the 9th and 10th October 2012. Not too sure of its botanical accuracy but I love the 'meltingness' of this mushroom which I came across this summer. Also, am about to start work on a political party conference cartoon which shares the theme of 'melting'...more on this to follow. Click on pic to enlarge.

Death of the Euro and 'living off the meat off me bones' cartoon ; Austerity ; Eurozone crisis

For now, the black holes of debt in the eurozone are being patched up so this cartoon is more of a satire on the media's portrayal of the eurozone crisis. Posted 4th July 2012, amidst the Barclays bank scandal.
